Egyptian proptech Liza has released a new mobile application that allows for broker-free property trading. Buyers and sellers on the app now have access to the full range of services. Later this year, the proptech will launch the rental feature on the app as well, Liza founder Ahmed Alaa told Daily News Egypt. The start-up, founded in Egypt is looking to attract users first in the North African country, then the Gulf region before exporting their product to the European market. They are targeting 1,500 users within two months of launch. Cutting out the middlemen in property sales, Liza’s model allows the developer to maximize direct sales.
It allows the public to browse through numerous listings that meet everyone’s real estate needs, whether it’s buying, selling, or renting.
