Nairobi-based greenfield commercial property developer– Africa Logistics Properties (ALP) now targets small and medium enterprises with warehousing space as it expands it offering on the market.
This is at its new property in Limuru, targeting to ease supply chain management for small and medium-sized businesses.
The facility is part of the larger ALP West complex located in Tilisi which, once completed, will comprise seven phases of up to 1,076,391square feet of sustainably developed grade A warehousing.
This is especially now that the economy is in the middle of recovering from the impact of the pandemic.
Warehousing is and always will be a key economic enabler, and it is about time that the country invests in high quality warehousing solutions.
Since 2017, ALP has been operating warehouses in Ruiru, Kiambu County, that are home to many companies including e-commerce giants Twiga Foods and Copia.
