Conductor plans to use a relevant part of the US $ 170 mn collected in November 2020 to structure the new operation. The company believes that its entry into the Mexican market has great potential and can become relevant quickly. Goal is to be a player that acts to accelerate the leadership of the financial markets ecosystem. In terms of size and potential, the Mexican market is very similar to the Brazilian market.
The company intends to offer all the modular solutions of the current portfolio through its open platform in APIs and native cloud. This includes payment processing, bank as a service , Fintech-as-a-service , among other digital financial services. Established in 1997, Brazil-based Conductor is a next-gen payments processor and banking-as-a-service infrastructure provider enabling clients from various industries to offer payment solutions to their end customers. Conductor currently powers over 95 mn accounts and processes more than $30 bn in payment volume across LATAM.
